Intro to Vinyasa Yoga Beginners Course

This course continues to be a much sought after Vinyasa Yoga Course, designed specifically for those who wish to cover the basics of yoga postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation (Yoga Nidra). The course also includes a copy of the Intro to Vinyasa Yoga Manual and a complimentary yoga class to be used prior to the final session of the course. The course runs for 1.25 hours over 5 consecutive weeks. Places for this course fill fairly quickly therefore registration and payment is required prior to course commencement. The Beginners Yoga Courses are held on Thursday nights from 7.30-8.45pm, and Saturday mornings from 9.30-10.45am. Mums & Bubs Yoga Courses

Mums & Bubs Yoga Courses are held during School Term. Starting in Term 4 the course is held on Thursdays from 11.00am-12.00pm. Registration and payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your place as places tend to fill quickly. This 6 month course offers an Introduction to Yoga Teacher Training and has been designed for you to choose any of your favourite 10 of the 40 units available whilst getting a taste of what studying Yoga at the Moksha Academy of Yoga would be like.
