Intro to Yoga – Beginners Courses

The Beginners Yoga Courses are held on Thursday nights from 7.30-8.45pm, and Saturday mornings from 9.30-10.45am. Registration and payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your place as places are limited and tend to fill quickly. Children’s Yoga Courses

Children’s Yoga Courses are held during School Term for Children aged 5-11 and are held on the following dates from 5.00-5.45pm. Registration and payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your child’s place as places are limited and tend to fill quickly. Should you wish to join an existing block part way through you are welcome to do so and will only be required to register for the remaining sessions. Prenatal Yoga Courses

Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga classes at Moksha will support you to experience a nurturing and restorative practice whilst preparing your changing body throughout your pregnancy and for the experience of childbirth.

Moksha Yoga Intensives

The Moksha Yoga Intensives are held on the 3rd Friday of every month from 6-9pm. The Moksha Intensives consist of 3 hours of dedicated Yoga practice and are designed for students to deepen their existing practice. The Intensives include 1.5-2 hours of Asana practice integrated with Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy then moving into a deep Yoga Nidra or Savasana, followed by Chanting and completing with a 5-10 minute Meditation practice. Our Intensives are a deeply spiritual yet physically and mentally challenging experience and are open to all levels of yoga experience except absolute beginners.
