Please note we will be running the following Yoga classes only during the Easter Holiday period and on the Anzac Day public holiday:

Good Friday – 18th April – CLOSED

Easter Saturday – 19th April – 8am & 10am Vinyasa Yoga classes, 9.30am Beginners Yoga Course and 11am Prenatal Yoga class

Easter Sunday – 20th April – CLOSED

Easter Monday – 21st April – 9.30am Vinyasa Yoga Class

Anzac Day – 25th April – 9.30am Vinyasa Yoga Class

The Beginners Yoga Courses are held on Thursday nights from 7.30-8.45pm, and Saturday mornings from 9.30-10.45am. Mums & Bubs Yoga Courses are held during School Term and registration and payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your place as places tend to fill quickly. Moksha Yoga Intensives

The Moksha Yoga Intensives are held on the 3rd Friday of every month from 6-9pm. The Moksha Intensives consist of 3 hours of dedicated Yoga practice and are designed for students to deepen their existing practice. The Intensives include 1.5-2 hours of Asana practice integrated with Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy then moving into a deep Yoga Nidra or Savasana, followed by Chanting and completing with a 5-10 minute Meditation practice. Our Intensives are a deeply spiritual yet physically and mentally challenging experience and are open to all levels of yoga experience except absolute beginners.
