This course is suitable for babies aged from 8 weeks to 9 months or just crawling, and are held from 10.45-11.45am. Please ensure that your Health Care Practitioner has provided you with consent to begin exercising again post natally. Classes held in 10 consecutive week blocks, 10 week pass - $150 or $20 per casual class. If joining mid term then passes are adjusted according to the number of classes left per term.

Moksha Yoga Master Classes 2010

The Moksha Yoga Master Classes are held on the last Sunday of every month from 1-5.30pm and is designed for all Yoga Teachers/Teacher Trainees from any lineage or school wishing to continue their learning in an environment that considers your existing knowledge and practice of Yoga.

Moksha Yoga Intensives 2010

The Moksha Yoga Intensives are held on the 2nd Friday of every month from 6-9pm, focusing on different themes each month and consist of 3 hours of Yoga including chanting, 1.5-2 hours of asana practice, pranayama, philosophy, savasana, meditation and music that will make you feel alive as the rhythm of prana flows through every part of your being!

New to Moksha?

All classes start and finish on time so please arrive 10 minutes early and please ensure you have completed the Health Assessment Form available at reception before you start your practice. You will need to bring with you to each class a small towel, drinking water and a Yoga mat if you have one, yoga mats are available for loan however if you are looking to commit long term to your practice we recommend you purchase your own yoga mat available at our studio. In terms of clothing aim to wear, comfortable loose clothing that allows you to stretch comfortably and that is not restrictive. It is also important that you aim where possible to not eat or drink (except water) two to three hours prior to each practice.
