Joanna is a Vinyasa and Calligraphy Yoga Teacher with a physiology background. Her passion in life is to promote better health by making Yoga accessible and relatable and her style encourages natural movement to relive tension and clear the mind. Joanna’s belief is with a tailored approach – “Yoga can benefit people in many different ways. We will work together to find what works for you, and build your own practice of Yoga both on and off the mat”.

After 6 years of practicing Yoga and meditation, every day Joanna feels more connected with her try nature, and more comfortable in her own skin. It is a life journey that is not always easy, and sometimes an absolute refuge from the world – “sometimes I practice regularly, and sometimes other things take priority for a little while. But when we commit to the practice of Yoga, we commit to a path of Self discovery and a life dedicated to positive change”.

Joanna looks forward to learning practicing together with her students.
