Amanda McLean RYT200
Amanda is originally from Queensland and moved to Melbourne as a Corporate Lawyer. After having two beautiful children she discovered Yoga as a means to re-shape and strengthen her post-birth body. Therein she found the joy of Yoga which went beyond the physical benefits of asana, to include a heightened sense of energy, clarity and peace.
In 2012, in search of more knowledge of Yoga, Amanda undertook the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) at our Moksha Yoga Studio. Under the guidance and encouragement of Emma, Karen, Margaux and Jo, she learnt the physical, mindful and spiritual traditions of Yoga. She is indebted to these wonderful teachers for providing such a grounding and enriching understanding of all aspects of Yoga and deepening her love of its practices.

As a classically trained ballet dancer, Amanda tries to bring a union of movement, posture and music to each class. Whether it is the energy, strength and enthusiasm she feels from her students, or that she just feels happier after a class, she strives to find strong, flowing and fresh programs to enrich your practice.
