Welcome to Moksha Yoga

“I am guided by the vision of what I believe Yoga can be in a person’s life, of what it has been in my own life, and the goal of Moksha Yoga is to transform peoples lives through this ancient practice, in order to bring happiness, contentment, peace and fulfilment to all areas of ones own life and then in return, to share these gifts with others. This ancient practice has a place in our modern world, more so now than ever before, and through the experiments of our own Truth, our own practice, these Teachings have the capacity to bring about enormous transformation and change.” Emma Palmer, E-RYT-500

Moksha Yoga was established in February 2005 and since that time, Yoga has remained our passion and we believe that it should it be accessible for everybody and for that reason we have created classes that range from Beginners level to Advanced practice.

We aim to provide a holistic approach to Yoga and appreciate the significance of sharing this knowledge in a way that can be applied to everyday life.

Our classes are designed to provide maximum benefit for the mind, body and spirit in an environment that is peaceful and conducive to relaxation.

Our style of Yoga is Vinyasa Power Flow also known as flowing form and is practiced to a variety of music that uplifts and energises as well as soothes and relaxes and is taught according to the needs of the individual practitioner as well as the needs of the group. We teach the holistic benefits of yoga practice so that you can apply the techniques learnt during the class into your life. Consistent practice is the key which subsequently provides a deeper sense of personal awareness, enhances recuperative abilities, and promotes healing at every level of being. To help you get started new students to Moksha receive their first week for free after your first casual class so that you can experience for yourself all that Yoga has to offer.
