IMMERSION DETAILS
Drawing from the latest research and Emma Palmer’s 30-year exploration, study and practice of the pathways that open to a true meditative state, this training will thoroughly equip you with the comprehensive understanding and packed toolkit of advanced practical skills you need to curate and confidently deliver a wide range of deep-reaching meditation experiences across a variety of settings.
From the methods and techniques for most effectively guiding your students to experience the deeply transformative power of meditation, to harnessing its impacts on psychophysiology, neuroendocrine function and holistic health, you’ll explore over 30 in-depth subjects during the course of 4 immersive weekends.
The course is hosted both in-studio and available for attendance remotely by real-time Virtual delivery for those based interstate or internationally.
Over 10 profoundly transformative days (including a 2-day integration break) you’ll immerse in these richest of teachings, practices and portals to a whole new expanse of awareness, awakening and deep inner stillness for your own personal progression, all while thoroughly equipping yourself with the packed toolkit of skills and understanding you need to curate and confidently deliver a wide range of deep-reaching meditation experiences.
Perfectly paced with an initial 4-day deep dive (Friday – Monday), before a 2-day break to absorb your learnings, and culminating with a final 4 days of training (Thursday – Sunday), the course is designed to make a richly immersive experience accessible even to those who can’t easily unplug from the world for a block of 10 days, by minimising the impact on weekdays/workdays and all hosted right here in the sanctuary of Moksha.
Following the face-to-face Immersion, you’re then invited to continue your journey of meditation and home study over the next 3 months to deepen your practice, consolidate your understanding and refine your delivery – including a free pass to access all Moksha in-studio/live online meditation classes as well as the extensive on-demand meditation library in our Virtual Studio.

“This is so much more than just a meditation course. I walked in thinking I was ticking off a box getting some fancy qualifications, but by the time it was over, my whole life path and the way I saw the world had completely shifted. I now see the qualifications as simply, a bonus!
I cannot thank Emma and the group enough for holding space for me, for encouraging and nurturing me through some deep realisations that came through in this journey. I have been meditating for about a decade now, yet had never unlocked the deep roots of some of my behavioural patterns until this course.
It allowed me to understand myself on a deeper level and showed me how to hold space for others on a similar journey – as meditation really can unearth so much. If you’re thinking of doing a meditation course, don’t even consider doing it anywhere else.”
– Danielle Steller
“I loved every aspect of the Meditation Teacher Training at Moksha Yoga and wouldn’t hesitate in highly recommending it to anyone considering it. Emma provides such a wonderful, nurturing, fun and rich learning experience. This course is such a beautiful journey of self development, as well as gaining the tools and experience to become a competent teacher…
This time we shared together has been very special and transformative and I’m excited to share what I’ve learnt with others. I really do feel equipped to begin my journey as a meditation teacher and am so grateful for all I’ve learnt and experienced during my training.”
– Eloise Bowring
“Emma is an incredible teacher, and while the Training manual & lectures are exceptionally detailed & have armed me with a deep understanding of the Science & Art of Meditation, the best part of the training was experiencing Emma wander off into one of her characteristic, spiritual riffs… she is one enlightened Spirit, whose wisdom & graceful words are a wonder to experience. Thank you so much Emma for such an incredible, life changing experience.”
– Crystal Broadfoot
